Graduated Pearl Necklace
Made in Melbourne by Clara Carija for Victoria's Kingdom
Graduated Akoya Pearls were very in style in the 1940s and 1950s. Graduated necklaces can vary in size, starting with a central 7-8mm pearl graduating to a smaller 3-4mm size.
It is believed that Pearls are to assist in calming and centering, as well as nurture your faith, loyalty, integrity and purity. They are also strong symbols of femininity, helping women connect with their "inner goddesses" and obtain the ultimate "feminine energy." Perhaps most importantly, it is said that pearls have specific frequencies of energy vibrations which can re-balance deficiencies in the human body when they are worn, just like gemstones.
This necklace is also available in Akoya Pearls by commission only.
